For Talk 3 on Friday 1st May, we explored the microscopic detail within Hans Holbein’s seminal double portrait The Ambassadors. A work full of intrigue and mystery, this painting was commissioned by Jean de Dinteville to adorn the walls of his château in Polisy, France.
